Terms of Service

By placing an order or creating an account on this site, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

This site is operated by Zay Revenue Group LLC on behalf of Naya Grill. Orders are prepared and fulfilled by Naya Grill at its physical locations (Pompano Beach and West Palm Beach, Florida).

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use is yours.

• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars, exclusive of applicable sales tax.
• Florida sales tax is applied at checkout per Florida DOR Rule 12A-1.
• Promotional discounts are applied to the order subtotal before tax, where applicable.
• Service fees are disclosed as a separate line item before payment.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears fraudulent or violates these terms.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting your payment, you authorize us to charge the card you provide for the amount shown on the order summary. Failed payments may delay or cancel your order.

• Pickup orders must be picked up at the location selected during checkout, within the time window shown on your confirmation.
• Delivery orders are dispatched within the radius shown on the storefront. Delivery ETAs are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or order volume.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses you supplied.

• Once preparation has begun, an order generally cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel, contact the location immediately by phone.
• If your order is wrong or unsatisfactory, contact us within 24 hours. We will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

By using the service you agree to receive transactional emails (order receipts, status updates, sign-in verification codes) at the email address you provide. SMS messages are sent only if you opt in by entering your phone number; see our SMS Notifications page for details. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any marketing email, or by replying STOP to any SMS for SMS opt-out.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to access another user's account or order data.
• Submit fraudulent orders or use stolen payment information.
• Probe, scan, or otherwise test the security of the service.
• Abuse the sign-in / OTP system to harass other users.

We disclose major allergens on item pages where applicable, but cross-contamination is possible. If you have a serious food allergy, please contact the location directly before ordering. We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed dietary requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with our support team. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Your continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
