Where is my order?
You can track your order status in real-time via the link in your confirmation SMS or email. If your order is delayed by more than 15 minutes, please contact the restaurant directly.
Allergen and dietary info
Each menu item lists its known allergens (peanuts, sesame, dairy, etc.). If you have a severe allergy, please tell the restaurant in the order notes. Cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed in shared kitchens.
Refunds and cancellations
You can cancel within 5 minutes of placing an order from the order tracking page. After that, contact the restaurant to request a refund. Refunds appear on your card within 5–10 business days.
