Who sends these messages
Text messages sent on behalf of Naya Grill are delivered by Zay Revenue Group LLC, the operator of the Zayos ordering platform, via the number registered with our messaging provider. Opting in to text messages is optional and is never a condition of placing an order or using our service. You can order and receive updates by email without agreeing to texts. You receive order-status texts only if you check the optional order-updates box at checkout, sign-in codes only when you request a sign-in, and promotional messages only if you separately opt in (see “Promotional messages”).
What messages you may receive
1. Sign-in verification codes
When you sign in or create an account at your Naya Grill account page using your phone number, we send a one-time 6-digit verification code. Example: “Naya Grill sign-in code: 482917. Expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.” Frequency: one code per sign-in attempt.
2. Order status updates
If you check the optional order-updates box at checkout, we send transactional updates about that order: order received, order ready for pickup, order out for delivery, and order delivered. Example: “Naya Grill: your order #1042 is ready for pickup. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.” Frequency: one to four messages per order.
3. Promotional messages (optional, opt-in only)
If you separately opt in (by adding a mobile number and enabling Text marketing on your account page), you may receive occasional promotional texts. Example: “Naya Grill: 15% off this weekend, order at our site. Reply STOP to opt out.” Frequency varies, typically a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. These are never sent unless you opt in to marketing texts, and you can reply STOP at any time. The consent statement shown next to the marketing-texts field reads: “By adding your number you agree to receive promotional texts from us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out anytime.”
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your phone number on one of these surfaces, after seeing the consent statement and submitting the form:
- Sign-in form (/account) — for verification codes
- Checkout form — for order status updates
- Text marketing toggle (account page) — a separate, explicit opt-in for promotional messages

How you opt out (STOP)
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts on this number. To re-enable, reply START.

Data handling
Your phone number is used only to deliver the messages described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full data-handling details.

Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. Message frequency varies as described above. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
